I would like to book a rental car at the Airport of Lisbon but have only a Debit Card. Does the credit card needs to be on the car driver or can the credit card be from the person who is just the passenger?

Some providers accept a Debit Card. If your preferred supplier doesn't accept a DC you should follow the next instructions:-

Make the person with the Credit Card the main driver and add yourself as the additional driver. The credit card must be in the name of the driver.

Yes. Sometimes there is an offer which you can recognise through a banner next to the car photo. If not you can find the amount under " IMPORTANT INFORMATION " then look under " DRIVER " > " Additional Driver "
